Hours : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Schedule : On-call (weekends included), as required

Pay : $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

About the Role :

Are you passionate about sales and ready to get hands-on? We’re seeking a driven Mitigation Sales Technician to join our growing team! This hybrid role blends sales with on-site restoration work, focusing heavily on roofing. You’ll assess damage, recommend solutions, and close deals with both residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities :

Conduct property assessments to determine the extent of damage caused by water, fire, mold, or storm incidents.

Provide expert recommendations on the most suitable restoration methods and solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the restoration process, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.

Collaborate with project managers and technicians to ensure that restoration work is completed on time and to the highest standards.

Assist in restoring properties, including tasks such as water extraction, mold remediation, fire damage clean-up, and debris removal.

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines during restoration work to ensure the safety of both clients and team members.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and client database, ensuring timely follow-up and project updates.

Stay current on industry trends, new products, and best practices in restoration services.

Qualifications :

• 1 year of Sales experience is required : roofing, construction, or restoration highly preferred
• IICRC Certification preferred
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in restoration (IICRC, etc.) or related fields are a plus.
• Strong understanding of restoration services, including water, fire, mold remediation, and storm damage repairs.
• Ability to assess and evaluate property damage and offer appropriate restoration solutions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships. Self-starter with a results-driven approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
