We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for handling incoming correspondence, filing documents, and assisting with data entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Prepare and process documents, forms, and reports accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with data entry tasks, updating and maintaining databases as required.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure a well-stocked environment.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and other administrative activities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.Proven experience as an office clerk or in a related role is preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Benefits
