Fully Remote : This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements.? You must be available five days per week during designated work hours.? The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. Position Overview :

This role is responsible for leading and managing complex, cross-departmental, high-impact projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic goals for the GTM organization. This role communicates project status, performance, and outcomes to the PMO Director and executive leadership. This role works independently and provides mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members. The role is expected to manage complex projects across Business Units and to work through high levels of ambiguity. This role sits in the enterprise PMO, but operates as a dedicated resource for the Go-to-Market organization, which encompasses Revenue Growth, Brand and Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

• Leads and manages complex, cross-departmental, high-impact projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with the organization's Go-to-Market strategic goals.
• Able to work through high levels of ambiguity.
• Develops detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Oversees project execution, ensuring adherence to project management standards and methodologies.
• Identifies and mitigates project risks and resolves issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Provides mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.
• Communicates project status, performance, and outcomes to the ePMO Director and executive leadership.
• Possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday, JIRA), in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Possesses complete knowledge of the project management discipline, works independently, and serves as a mentor or trusted advisor.

The base pay range for this position is $81,200- $130,000 / yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
