Responsibilities

Prospecting : Actively identify and reach out to potential clients to discuss their insurance needs.

Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with the right insurance solutions.

Allstate Product Knowledge : Utilize in-depth knowledge of Allstate products to offer the best possible solutions to clients.

Sales Targets : Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling insurance products.

Customer Support : Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.

Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to better serve clients and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Licensing : Active Property & Casualty License is a must.
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience with Allstate insurance products and sales processes is required.
• Sales Skills : Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets within the insurance domain.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to build relationships and inspire client trust.
• Remote Work : Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment with strong self-discipline and time management skills.
