Internship Opportunity

Join Freeport-McMoRan, a leading international metals company, for a part-time internship during the 2025 school year. This position is virtual with the option to come together in person at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix or one of our site locations.

Interns can work remotely from most states in the U.S., except for California, Connecticut, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and South Carolina. Additional states may be excluded from virtual work based on business factors.

As an intern, you will :

• Assist with intern communications.
• Create and update reporting tools for the internship program.
• Communicate directly with interns, site HR team members, and management to gather information, respond to inquiries, and provide updates.
• Track, monitor, and follow up on recruitment tasks to ensure completion.
• Generate routine reports from the ATS and Intern tracking database.
• Assist with various intern functions and activities.
