We're looking for an AI Enablement Lead to drive agency-wide adoption of AI. This role is about embedding AI into workflows at scale, ensuring we see real gains in productivity and quality of output. You'll design and lead training programs, rework processes across teams, and measure impact making sure our people aren't just using AI, but using it effectively.

What You'll Do

Training & Adoption

• Develop, deliver, and refresh AI training programs across departments.
• Host office hours, lead workshops, and coach teams on AI-enabled workflows.
• Build surveys and feedback loops to measure adoption and identify blockers.
