HR Organizational Development Manager
Build the playbook. Grow the leaders. Lift the whole org.
This is a new role for a people-first manufacturer that invests in its team. You’ll partner directly with the CHRO to assess needs, build programs, and roll out initiatives that level up skills, leaders, and culture— with room to expand.
What you’ll own
- Assess & prioritize development needs for hourly and salaried teams.
- Design & deliver training (leadership, performance management, communication, HR compliance).
- Build & buy : create in-house content and source the right external programs (leadership, respectful workplace, compliance).
- Design & optimize LMS to organize, deliver, and track learning.
- Partner with operations & safety to align onboarding and progression paths.
- Drive change across wellness / mental health, engagement, and culture initiatives.
- Champion adoption of new tools (including AI) with practical training and follow-through.
- Vendor management : evaluate, select, and manage training partners; measure ROI.
- Be a great teammate : pitch in on day-to-day HR questions when needed.
What you bring
5–10 years building and delivering OD / L&D programs with measurable impact.Real chops in leadership development , instructional design , and change management .Experience standing up or running an LMS .Influence without authority —you collaborate well from the plant floor to the exec floor.How we work
