A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Banking.
Key Responsibilities :
Establish reputation as a trusted partner through regular business reviews and demonstrating value to clients
Become a subject matter expert on clients' business objectives and achieve corporate objectives measured by client Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Organize and host onsite QBRs with client executives and present optimization recommendations to drive client success
Required Qualifications :
5+ years in a customer-facing role such as account management or sales
Experience within a highly regulated market (e.g., Fintech, Insurance, Retail) with knowledge of digital identity and authentication preferred
Strong project management and long-term account planning skills
Track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or fast-growing startups is required
