Position Overview :
Become an Associate Mapping Specialist, with a training pathway into our EP Mapping Specialist role. You’ll provide technical, clinical and sales support, in collaboration with the sales team, within the region or assigned territory in support of the launch and adoption of the EP mapping and navigation system (Affera) and all products within the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) business.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
- Promote the safe and effective use of CAS products and related procedures.
- Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
- Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
- Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Collaborate and strategize with the local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
- Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
- Serves as an effective CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding products, service and support.
- Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field by December 2025 or June 2026.Ability to work in the US without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.Employment type : Full-time
