Role Overview :
We're seeking a strategic and execution-driven Partnership Marketing Manager to design and implement scalable partner marketing programs that drive enablement, activation, and pipeline growth. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and partnership teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain partner marketing assets and enablement resources
Coordinate joint marketing activities (webinars, content, campaigns)
Track and analyze partner metrics and ROI
Manage systems like Salesforce and Zip for partner data and payments
Support partner training and onboarding
Drive alignment on partner strategy across teams
Must-Haves :
5-10 years in partner / channel / alliance marketing
Expertise in partner marketing concepts and channel dynamics
Experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools
Strong organization and project management across multiple programs
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Google Workspace and collaboration / project tools
Data-driven mindset with KPI tracking
Nice-to-Haves :
Experience in AI / ML or enterprise tech
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Knowledge of PRM systems and ABM strategies
Experience with developer ecosystems and usage-based models
Background in fast-paced startup environments
