Senior UX Designer Job at Experian Group in Costa Mesa

Overview

As a member of the Global Digitization team and working with our Product Management teams, you will steer the evolution of our application user interface designs. Reporting into UX Manager you will oversee the creation of functionality which will be intuitive and important to our users. This will involve creating wireframe documents and prototypes, collaborating with the development teams and gathering feedback from other stakeholders during the product development lifecycle. We ask that you have strong leadership and relationship skills, coupled with experience designing high-quality user interfaces for major software applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management, Business Analysts and Development teams to create high-quality user experience and intuitive interfaces for complex software applications.
• Create standard UX documentation including conceptual models, wireframes, user flows, user scenarios, navigation schemas, documentation and working prototypes.
• Develop the internal standards, templates and processes necessary to guarantee unified user experience across all products in the suite.
• Oversee creation of mock-ups and functional prototypes.
• Work with development teams and stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented.
• Support operational needs concerning Experian / DA style guides and visual branding.
