As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and timely communication. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with employees and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service while upholding Allied Universal's values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to meet company driver policy requirements, as your responsibilities will include driving as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the interior and perimeter areas.

Monitor for and report any unusual activity or potential hazards to help to deter potential incidents.

Communicate relevant information to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives as required.

Assist visitors, employees, and / or contractors by providing directions and information as needed.

Maintain detailed records of activities, incidents, and / or observations during each shift.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
