BE / BC Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to
lead the Inpatient and Partial-hospitalization Child &
Adolescent program at Mather Hospital.
We are seeking applicants with outstanding clinical
and managerial skills who have a passion for leadership and
innovation. Protected leadership time will be available based on
candidate experience and interests.
Mather Hospital, a
member of Northwell Health, is an accredited 248-bed, non-profit
community teaching hospital. Mather is one of the few Long Island
hospitals to offer inpatient and outpatient behavioral health
services for both adolescents and adults. It is the only acute care
hospital in Suffolk County with an adolescent psychiatric unit and
an adolescent partial hospitalization program. Mather’s Psychiatry
residency program trains six residents per year, PGY-1 through
PGY-4, with an outstanding core faculty dedicated to the
Department’s academic mission. We are dedicated to providing the
highest quality clinical care, educating the current and future
generations of health care professionals, promoting health
education, and caring for the community regardless of the ability
to pay.
