Hands-On ADL Support Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobilityalways protecting dignity.Home Environment & Infection Control Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard-free, sanitized space.Medication & Symptom Monitoring Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals or red-flag signs for your supervising nurse.Therapeutic Engagement Read aloud, reminisce, guide range-of-motion exercises, or accompany short walks to boost mental and physical wellness.Accurate Documentation Record care notes, progress, and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends.What Youll Need to Succeed
