We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of warehouse management systems, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards. This role is critical in optimizing our logistics and materials handling while fostering a productive team environment.

Duties

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving activities.
• Manage inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Oversee team management, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and logistics.
• Coordinate with e-commerce teams to fulfill online orders accurately and timely.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Handle heavy lifting tasks as required during peak operations.
