Position Details :
- Start Date : ASAP for the 25 / 26 school year
- Holiday Bonus : Enjoy a $1,000 bonus if you join our team by December 19th!
- Hours : Full-time (37.5 hours / week)
- Grade Levels : Elementary aged students with some secondary
- Compensation : Starting at $46 / hour, tailored to your experience
- Location : 100% On-Site at Rockford, IL
- We offer competitive pay, which includes Non-Taxable compensation for providers living over 50 miles from the district.

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist ready to help students achieve their developmental and educational goals through direct therapy services.

Conduct thorough evaluations of students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.Develop personalized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with students, parents, and school staff.Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions tailored to students' unique needs.Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting plans as necessary.Provide consultative support to teachers on strategies that facilitate student participation and success.Team up with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.Participate in IEP meetings and contribute constructively to education plans.Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.Qualifications :
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant field.Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist where you practice.Registered with the National Board Certification Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).A genuine passion for working with K-12 students.Experience in providing therapy in a school or pediatric environment.Familiarity with assessment tools and techniques in pediatric occupational therapy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Preferable knowledge in sensory integration therapy and other therapeutic modalities.Benefits :
