A company is looking for a Senior RN Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
Coordinate activities with clinicians and staff to ensure efficient department operations
Serve as a key resource on complex issues and develop innovative solutions
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of NV or a compact license
1+ years of care management, utilization review, or discharge planning experience
