Key Responsibilities

  • Support Crowe Q&RM Team with Third-Party, Contracts, & Quality day to day operations
  • Support firm wide risk management changes, including, but not limited to, technology transformation, process changes, and training / education
  • Support development of Enterprise Risk Management program and additional risk domains, as required
  • Support internal business operations, project tracking, and reporting activities
  • Update policies & procedures and educate the Consulting team on key risk issues
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to align efforts with broader consulting risk strategies

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • MS Office proficiency including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Team-oriented and experienced working with diverse teams
  • Ability to leverage available resources and contribute through others
  • Willingness to participate in both routine Quality & Risk Management tasks and strategic projects
  • Education

  • Rising sophomore or junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $27.00 - $42.00 per hour.
