Visual Merchandiser

Are you a stylist or experienced in visual merchandising and want to add to your current creative work? If so, you've found the right place, CLAD360!

We provide a positive and professional setting and work with an amazingly talented team, and we are looking for a few great people to join our Indianapolis team. We are a project-based company that supports some of the world's leading companies. The work in Indianapolis will take place in a corporate client showroom. You can bring your attention to detail and creativity, and collaborate with our team and our clients to deliver the latest in visual merchandising for sales meeting setups. The work takes place over a couple of weeks, 4x a year (each season), and during typical business hours; Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm (exact hours vary per day).

CLAD360 believes in teamwork and providing a positive and professional workplace for every team member. You will be paired with projects that match your skills and expertise. We provide training and job shadowing before being scheduled on a solo project. CLAD360 cares about the quality of service we provide to our clients.

Needed Skills-

At least 2 years of Visual Merchandising experience

Creative

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Ability to hear a vision and execute it

Familiar with sportswear, athletic wear, and footwear

Able to assist with model dressing and styling

Clothing and Apparel processing and steaming

Great attention to detail

Professional and positive attitude

Ability to work with many personalities

Prompt

Flexible to changing schedules and able to work on short notice

Able to professionally complete a recap at the end of a project

Stylist Job Description~

Collaborate with clients, CLAD360 employees, and other vendors to execute visual merchandising and stylist services, and provide high-quality customer service throughout the scope of every project.

Key Responsibilities~

• ? Respond promptly regarding scheduling requests for projects
• ? Work with clients to provide visual merchandising excellence, and be willing to take specific direction from clients, or initiate creativity when requested
• ? Collaborate with other employees to complete the project
• ? Work with other vendors to complete the project
• ? Implement room installations using directives or directions from the client. Tasks may include : dressing mannequins, setting walls and tables, steaming product, showlace shoes, transporting product to a specified location, un-box and hanging product, strike product, and facilitating the return of product
• ? Assist with models
