At Doug's Fish Fry Food Truck in Cortland, NY , we’re looking for a motivated and reliable Food Truck Manager / Driver to help us bring our delicious offerings to the community. If you’ve got a knack for leadership and a love for the open road, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Food Truck Manager / Driver, you’ll wear many hats to ensure our food truck runs smoothly and delivers an exceptional experience to our customers. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Driving the food truck to various locations safely and on time.
  • Managing daily operations of the food truck, including setup, service, and cleanup.
  • Overseeing inventory and ensuring the truck is stocked with everything needed for the day.
  • Providing excellent customer service to keep our customers coming back for more.
  • Supervising staff , ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment that meets health and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need :

  • At least 1 year of experience in a related role, such as food service, management, or driving.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
