Digital Media Buyer (all gender)

Standorte : Frankfurt oder Düsseldorf

Du übernimmst den Einkauf digitaler Werbemittel und steuerst die Umsetzung eigenverantwortlich.

Du pflegst und verwaltest Schaltungen im Media-Buchungssystem DAP Medialine.

Du erstellst Produktions- und Lieferpläne und sorgst für deren reibungslose Umsetzung.

Du hinterlegst Werbemaßnahmen im System und kontrollierst deren korrekte Ausführung.

Bei Reklamationen koordinierst du eigenständig mit Kreativagenturen und dem Planungsteam.

Du betreust und schulst Auszubildende, Trainees, Praktikant : innen und studentische Aushilfen.

Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Einkaufsprozesse ein und gestaltest mit.

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium – idealerweise im kaufmännischen / administrativen Bereich.

Auch andere Hintergründe sind willkommen!

Du bringst Berufserfahrung im administrativen oder kaufmännischen Bereich mit hohem Zahlenbezug.

Du hast ein gutes analytisches Verständnis und arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.

Du findest Freude daran, Aufgaben sorgfältig und nach gewissen Standards zu erledigen.

Du behältst auch bei wiederkehrenden Tätigkeiten Motivation und Konzentration.

Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel)

Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verfügst über solide Englischkenntnisse.
