Analyst - Business Consulting, Media & Entertainment - Remote

This could be the perfect opportunity to join EPAM Media and Entertainment (M&E) Industry vertical. Here at EPAM, we are building an industry solutions practice focused on our Media and Entertainment Business Unit. The growth we are experiencing is driving the need for a seasoned consultant to support our strategic efforts.

You will engage in different types of business and technology consulting projects ranging from analyzing business, process and organizational strategies, to the implementation of bleeding edge technology solutions.

You will have a primary focus in Data Solutions within the M&E space. Although projects vary, you can expect to dive deep into the client business and learn more about their business and technology.

Responsibilities

Contribute by assisting with deliverables, taking notes, documenting requirements, and participating in stakeholder interviews and workshops

Work with the project team and our clients to understand emerging industry trends and guide their product strategy to support those trends

Apply the business models, monetization strategies, and the market trends driving the industry to solve customer challenges

Support sales and pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities, designing solutions, developing proposals and helping to close new deals

Contribute to the growth of the company, participating in internal growth initiatives such as mentorship, recruiting, business development strategy, and / or methodology development

Requirements

Strong understanding of Media & Entertainment industries (e.g. content providers, live entertainment, sports, music)

Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration or other related fields

5+ years of work experience as a consultant

Expert in designing and leading implementation of scalable data platform architectures, enabling advanced analytics, operational efficiency, and long-term adaptability across complex business ecosystems

Familiar with the end-to-end digital media supply chain and operations, from consumer experiences, devices, content distribution, media management, rights management, to data and analytics, metadata management, and privacy solutions

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to work on projects with demanding deadlines

Strong analytical, organizational and follow-through skills

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to : geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range : $150,000 - $210,000.
