Job descriptionPerform CT exams per protocol and physician orders. Verify orders and patient identification. Position patients correctly to obtain diagnostic images. Operate CT and radiology equipment safely. Administer contrast and monitor for reactions. Evaluate image quality and repeat as needed. Follow radiation safety and infection control procedures. Document exams in Meditech and Merge systems. Maintain equipment and exam rooms. Assist with workflow and patient care as needed. ARRT (R) required; ARRT (CT) preferred or required. Active Michigan radiologic technologist license required. BLS (AHA) required. Minimum 1 year CT experience. Ability to perform CT and general X-ray exams. Experience with Meditech and Merge preferred.
