POSITION SUMMARY :
The Brand Stylist will play a pivotal role in elevating the styling and visual representation of our jewelry across all touchpoints. This contracted position requires flexibility, with a workload ranging from 5 to 20 hours per week , depending on project demands. The ideal candidate is an experienced, detail-oriented stylist with a passion for accessories and a deep understanding of how to convey brand identity through curated, trend-forward styling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collaborate on Visual Styling : Work closely with the Creative and Merchandising teams to develop and execute styling strategies that elevate the presentation of our jewelry and merchandise across all visual platforms (e.g., e-commerce, social media, marketing materials).
- Manage Styling for Photo / Video Shoots : Oversee styling for monthly photoshoots and video content, including full responsibility for jewelry and wardrobe looks. Maintain an efficient and organized process for outfit creation, review, and execution during shoots.
- Budget Management & Wardrobe Procurement : Adhere to a styling budget for wardrobe purchases and rentals, managing all aspects of the procurement, delivery, and returns process, ensuring efficient cost management.
- Assist in Merchandising Bundles : Partner with the Head of Merchandising to design curated jewelry sets for bundled sales on the website. Leverage styling trends, price-value insights, and available inventory to craft compelling offerings.
- Provide Creative Input for Marketing Collateral : Contribute to the design and layout of partnership lookbooks, PR presentations, and gifting guides, ensuring all visuals align with the brand’s identity and aesthetic standards.
- Evaluate Visual Merchandising : Offer feedback and suggestions on the merchandising strategy and visual use of imagery across the website to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.
- Wholesale Collaboration : Collaborate with the wholesale team to conceptualize and design in-store displays and point-of-sale fixtures that effectively showcase our jewelry, ensuring the brand aesthetic is maintained.
- Showroom Management : Re-merchandise product displays at our VIP showroom in West Hollywood on a monthly basis to reflect new collections, upcoming trends, and seasonal focuses.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience in Jewelry & Accessories Styling : 4+ years of experience working as a stylist, visual merchandiser, or designer with a specific focus on jewelry or accessories, demonstrating a deep understanding of how to style and present these products.Portfolio of Work : A portfolio that showcases your experience styling accessories and jewelry, reflecting both creativity and attention to detail.On-Set Experience : 2+ years of experience managing styling on photo or video sets, including working directly with photographers, makeup artists, hair stylists, and models.Trend Awareness & Forecasting : Ability to identify and forecast current and emerging fashion and styling trends, applying this knowledge to enhance the visual appeal of our jewelry and merchandising efforts.Entrepreneurial Spirit : Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with an adaptable mindset and a passion for innovation.Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented : Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, adhere to timelines, and maintain an organized approach to styling and merchandising.Passion for Brand Identity : A keen understanding of our brand’s ethos and values, with the ability to interpret and incorporate fashion trends through the lens of our identity.
