In this role, you'll be responsible for expanding and maintaining the network of qualified service providers while ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and strong vendor relationships. You will serve as a key liaison between the company and its third-party vendors, supporting onboarding, communication, and issue resolution while contributing to system transitions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee new service provider setup, including data entry, training, and document collection
• Maintain accurate provider network data and manage compliance documentation
• Communicate system updates, enhancements, and policy changes to vendors
• Resolve provider inquiries related to performance, billing, payments, and technology issues
• Support Service Provider Managers with reporting and administrative tasks
• Manage shared inboxes, help desk operations, and provider portal functionality
• Analyze data to evaluate provider performance and network coverage
