Description : Job Summary :
The Popeyes Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall safe and legal management of daily operations to contribute to sales growth, margins, profitability, and overall restuarant image. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing the store’s team, ensuring food safety, product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards are met.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
- Manage opening / closing procedures and handle cash, including weekend deposits.
- Be available 24 / 7 for emergencies and support.
- Supervise, train, and develop staff; conduct interviews and performance reviews.
- Create staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage.
- Guide staff on food safety, product prep, and customer service.
- Handle customer service, maintaining a friendly and efficient environment.
- Implement marketing programs and manage store promotions.
- Maintain inventory and control costs.
- Ensure store cleanliness, perform basic repairs, and uphold company standards.
- Maintain security systems and implement merchandising strategies.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent.Experience with managing and directing others.Flexible availability based on business needs.
