What You Will Do

As a Full Stack Engineer , you'll work on a small, fast-moving team to develop the next generation of matchmaking tools and user experiences. You'll have broad ownership across the product and influence everything from architecture to implementation.

Your Responsibilities :

Help design and build core systems across the backend and frontend
Build features that support matchmaking workflows and improve customer experience
Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
Contribute to architectural decisions for scalability, performance, and quality
Collaborate with product and operational stakeholders to solve real business problems
Own projects from inception to deployment in a modern, production environment

Ideal Background

9+ years of professional software development experience

Strong experience with TypeScript , and comfort across the full stack

Experience working with PostgreSQL , Prisma , or similar backend / data layer tools

Skilled in building scalable web applications and APIs (REST or tRPC)

Experience working with modern component-based frontend frameworks

Demonstrated ability to work in small teams and ship quickly

Strong communicator with a product-first mindset and attention to UX

Motivated self-starter comfortable with autonomy and decision-making

Preferred

Experience in fast-paced startups or product-driven companies

Exposure to modern backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express, tRPC)

Familiarity with modern tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, CI / CD, modern dev environments)

Passion for consumer products that help people connect or improve their lives
