Pay Information
$2,300 to $2,400 per week
About The Position
- Provide specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns in Level II / III NICU settings.
- Perform continuous monitoring, assessment, and documentation of neonates’ conditions using Epic EMR.
- Administer medications, fluids, and nutritional support according to physician orders and protocols.
- Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other team members to plan and deliver coordinated care.
- Educate and support families on neonatal conditions, procedures, and home care preparation.
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as apnea, bradycardia, and respiratory distress.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants.
- Participate in floating assignments as needed — may include Maternal-Baby (MB), Pediatrics, or adult units (within helping-hands capacity).

Job Requirements
Experience : Minimum 3+ years of recent NICU experience required (Level II or III mandatory; Level III strongly preferred).BLS – Basic Life SupportNRP – Neonatal Resuscitation ProgramPALS – Pediatric Advanced Life SupportSTABLE – Post-Resuscitation / Pre-Transport Stabilization ProgramEducation : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; current RN license in the state of New York (or compact equivalent).EMR : Epic experience required.About Job.com
