The Senior Manager Of Data Insights will serve as a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for advancing data quality and delivering actionable insights across the organization. This individual will lead and develop a high-performing team of business analysts, implement rigorous data governance and quality standards, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and accessibility of key data assets that drive business decisions.

The day-to-day responsibilities include :

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of business analysts, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Develop and deliver training on data quality best practices, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with engineering and business stakeholders to align on data priorities and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, business-ready data solutions.
• Drive enterprise-wide data quality initiatives, including data profiling, cleansing, validation, and ongoing monitoring.
• Conduct regular data audits, present actionable insights, and lead cross-functional remediation efforts to resolve data quality issues.
• Design, implement, and uphold standardized data quality frameworks and procedures that support scalable, reliable, and consistent data operations.
• Assess, recommend, and implement advanced data quality tools and technologies to enhance the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of organizational data assets.
