Key responsibilities include :

• Preparing, managing, and organizing fire alarm system paperwork and compliance documentation.
• Ensuring all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with client standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with technical teams to gather necessary documentation and clarify specifications.
• Submitting and tracking permits, proposals, inspection reports, and certificates.
• Assisting in report generation and data entry using Google Sheets, Docs, and other office tools.
• Maintaining digital file systems and documentation archives.
