Job Title : UI / UX Designer (Axure & Figma)

Location : Dallas, TX - Only Locals

Job Description :

  • We are seeking a talented UI / UX Designer to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, along with a strong understanding of user experience principles. Proficiency in Axure and Figma is required for this role.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces using Axure and Figma.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards throughout the development process.
  • Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Proficiency in Axure RP for wireframing and prototyping.
  • Experience with Figma for designing and collaborating on UI / UX projects.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and tools.
