Position Summary

As a Behavioral Health RN, you will play a vital role in coordinating total nursing care for our patients. Your responsibilities will include :

Implementing care plans, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.

Documenting patient care provided.

Monitoring and communicating patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.

Assisting patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.

Collaborating across disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care, including transfers, discharges, and psychosocial support.

Assessing the learning needs of patients and families, providing tailored education based on age, culture, and condition.

Advocating for the physical and emotional well-being of each patient.

Minimum QualificationsEducation / Experience :

Associate's degree in nursing required

Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred

Certifications :

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

License :

Current RN license in the state of Kentucky
