Test Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and testing industry, is seeking a Test Technician to join their team. As a Test Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting engineering and production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Conduct tests on products and systems following established protocols to evaluate functionality, reliability, and durability.

Prepare, calibrate, and operate testing equipment such as Instron machines, humidity chambers, oscilloscopes, VNAs, DMMs, and soldering stations.

Record, analyze, and report test results accurately to support quality assurance and engineering teams.

Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot faults, malfunctions, and defects during testing processes.

Maintain testing equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

What's Needed?

Associate's degree in Hardware Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing or technical support roles.

Proficiency in using testing tools and equipment such as Instron machines, oscilloscopes, and DMMs.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.

Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members.
