What You’ll Do

As an RF Product Engineer , you’ll take ownership of product design, performance, and sustainment for cutting-edge aerospace and defense applications. You’ll collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality to ensure reliability, manufacturability, and compliance from concept through production.

Key responsibilities include :

• Lead technical design and analysis of RF and microwave products, ensuring performance, cost, and quality objectives are met.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for product issues; implement design improvements and modernization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, quality, and business units) to meet schedule, cost, and reliability targets.
• Plan and manage project activities, budgets, and technical deliverables.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and design reviews to meet customer and program requirements.
• Support continuous improvement through Kaizen and 5S initiatives.
