About The Role

In this role you will provide HR business partnerships to our Merch Planning, Marketing, and Product-to-Market functions, resulting in an engaged workforce and a more productive business. You will develop people strategies, oversee day‑to‑day HR activities, provide thought leadership, and execute talent management and change management strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Provide thought leadership and consultation on people and organizational issues.
• Advise Leadership Teams on people and organization impact of business plans and decisions.
• Implement strategies to improve employee engagement year over year.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
• Drive talent management and succession planning.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to strengthen talent capabilities.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations and performance management issues.

Salary Range : $175,100 - $232,000 USD. Employee pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and location. We will meet minimum wage or the higher of the pay range based on city, county and state requirements.
