Our organization, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented Consulting Accounts Receivable Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our accounts receivable process, including invoice generation, payment processing, and collections. This position will play a vital role in ensuring our company's financial health and longevity. We are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a knack for numbers. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, including the creation and distribution of invoices, tracking payments, and managing collections.

2. Use Sightline software to manage and analyze financial data.

3. Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.

4. Conduct regular audits to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and in compliance with company policies.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to manage client accounts and resolve any discrepancies.

6. Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status to management.

7. Implement effective strategies to expedite the collections process and minimize bad debts.

8. Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and processes to enhance the productivity and efficiency of the accounts receivable department.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounts receivable role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

3. Proficiency in using Sightline and SAP software.

4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

5. Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.

6. Proven experience in collections and demonstrated ability to expedite payment processes.

7. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with clients and team members.

9. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

10. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
