Community health system is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician in Martinsburg, WV! (30mins from Winchester and 1h30 from Washington DC!)

  • Salary : $235,000 - $250,000 base with quarterly bonus incentives
  • Sign On Bonus : $10,000

  • Extensive services provided by social workers, health educators, case / care managers, medical interpreters, outreach nurses, etc. give support for clinicians and patients.

    • About this Role :

  • Internal Medicine Physician
  • Located in beautiful Martinsburg, West Virginia only 20mins from Virginia Border!
  • Have easy access to Winchester VA, Washington DC or Baltimore!
  • Outpatient Primary Care Family Medicine
  • Schedule : Monday – Friday 8 : 30 – 5 : 00 ( Switch to 4-10 hour days after a few months )
  • Patients per day : 14-16
  • Follow all departmental policies and procedures
  • Discuss and explain treatments and medication thoroughly with patients.
  • Providing evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting.
  • On call :  1 : 10 - Phone Only. Very low due to having a triage service line screen calls.
  • Team Size : 3 MD's & 13 APP's

    • Background Desired :

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine
  • Ability to hold a West Virginia state medical license
