Summary :

The Vice President, Enterprise and Brand Marketing is a strategic and creative leader responsible for shaping, elevating, and activating Vizient's brand across the full enterprise. This role defines the brand positioning and messaging architecture that guides how Vizient shows up in the market.

With oversight of brand strategy, content development, enterprise messaging, and customer advocacy, the VP ensures Vizient's story resonates with client executives, supports sales growth, and strengthens market reputation.

Role Responsibilities :

• Own Vizient's enterprise brand strategy including positioning, messaging frameworks, tone of voice, and visual / verbal expression.
• Lead cross-enterprise messaging development in support of solution narratives, campaigns, and CEO / CFO / COO-level engagement.
• Oversee content strategy and storytelling platforms across newsletters, thought leadership and social media.
• Develop and operationalize the enterprise sales narrative enabling consistent, insight-driven sales and marketing alignment. Lead enterprise reputation and awareness campaigns that build visibility, credibility, and competitive differentiation working with campaign activation teams.
• Build Vizient's customer advocacy strategy, ensuring client stories are surfaced, activated, and aligned with strategic priorities.
• Oversee marketing support for member networks and events, ensuring consistent enterprise brand presence and messaging.
• Partner with digital, communications, and product teams to maintain brand coherence across the website, digital platforms, and campaign assets.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, mentoring brand, content, and advocacy leaders and promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and storytelling excellence.

Estimated Hiring Range :

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $187,800.00 to $348,300.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
