Senior Software Engineer / React / Node / Boston

A fast-growing startup focused on quality management for mission-critical construction and maintenance work. We use AI‑driven workflows and IoT‑integrated systems to ensure tasks are done right the first time. All built on a modern stack including React, React Native, GraphQL, AWS, and DynamoDB, with deep integration into connected industrial devices.

Position is a full‑time direct hire, hybrid (two days a week) in Somerville, MA.

Responsibilities

• Own features end‑to‑end across the full stack, setting technical direction and design.
• Collaborate with product and design to spec out new features.
• Implement front‑end UI and mobile app interface (React, React Native).
• Build, update, and maintain API services, database logic, and infrastructure.
• Participate in code reviews, give and receive constructive feedback.
• Help improve dev‑ops pipelines, testing, and internal tools.
• Contribute to technical decisions that impact product quality and safety.
