Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager based in San Diego, CA. Flexible schedule required for after hours and weekend support as needed. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing the sales activities within the assigned territory, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, identifying new business opportunities and consistently growing sales. The role involves frequent travel within the territory to meet with clients, provide product education, and support the adoption of Penumbra's products.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
• Two years minimum experience in medical device sales
