Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care for a travel job in Winslow, Arizona.

Job Description & Requirements

  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift : 12 hours, nights
  • Employment Type : Travel

MUST READ!!!LPN - LTC (URGENT!!!)

  • Shift : 7p-7a | NIGHT | 36hrs / week
  • Unit Specifics : None
  • OT billable after 48hrs
  • IV Certified
  • Patient ratios : 4 nurses / days, 3 nurses / NOC
  • Staffing split / assigned evenly per four halls per acuity
  • Current census : 105 total residents
  • Will consider new travelers with prior nursing experience (1 year minimum; ideally in Long-Term Care setting )
  • No facility housing available
  • Facility can accommodate block schedule
  • Guaranteed Hours :
