Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a dynamic territory, serving as the key liaison between producers, customers, and the company
Utilize available resources to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
Mentor others and improve team performance by sharing knowledge and enhancing sales practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of employee benefits sales experience
Proven results in sales with strong prospecting and territory management skills
Excellent driving record and must be insurable under corporate insurance
Professional certification required : Life and Disability insurance license for the assigned territory
