Job descriptionStay informed on trends in Oracle ERPM, including Oracle Cloud quarterly updates; articulate Finance best practices and develop white papers or POV presentations on ERPM transformation strategy and service areas. Contribute to innovations in firm Transformation offerings and capture work products for the knowledge management repository. Update expertise through self-directed training plans. Participate in proposal development and assist in identifying new business opportunities as needed. Contribute to market / client research and industry analysis as needed. Must Have : 3-5 years Oracle EPBCS Cloud; 10+ years Hyperion Planning Strong knowledge of trends in financial planning and forecasting Hands-on : EDM and Automate-to-Build metadata and data load Design and development of EPBCS Planning Forms, Scripts, and Business Rules Hands-on in Essbase BSO / ASO Cube build EPBCS out-of-the-box cubes and configuration; design and testing of custom objects / interfaces Good To Have : Multinational clients; Industry FP&A experience; Knowledge of metadata, dimensions, attributes, interdimensional relationships Industry verticals knowledge : Media, Consumer & Ind. Products, BFSI Graduate degree; Deep knowledge of FDMEE, HFR, Data Management, EPRCS Knowledge of EPM Workforce Planning, Projects & Grants Planning, Capital Budgeting Public Sector budgeting Must Have : 3-5 years Oracle Cloud EPM; 5-7 years on-prem Proficiency in FCCS, including currency translations / intercompany eliminations and formulas and customizations Cloud Reporting proficiency; Proficiency with ARCS Good To Have : Accounting undergrad; Proficiency in Tax and Narrative EPM modules; Consolidation under various GAAPs General knowledge of Oracle Cloud GL and integration to Essbase; Smart View, FR Studio Graduate degree; Industry financial process experience; Proficiency in PCMCS or HPCM Industry verticals - Media, Consumer and Ind Products, BFSI; Basic knowledge of IFRS Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship; Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. Principal – Oracle EPM - Business Consulting
Infosys seeks a Principal-level Oracle EPM consultant to support Finance Transformation initiatives. This role focuses on Oracle EPM capabilities within a CFO-aligned consulting context, delivering end-to-end advisory, design, and implementation support.
Base pay range
$168,000.00 / yr - $234,000.00 / yr
Responsibilities
- Delivery : Lead workshops to identify in-scope Finance business requirements, translate requirements into functional and technical designs, provide leadership on best practices, build prototypes, oversee process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), lead testing activities, define support procedures and SLAs, and support live implementations.
- Delivery : Maintain ongoing communication with Infosys offshore delivery teams; facilitate discussions and analysis to identify impactful solutions.
- Innovation : Adapt ERPM implementation models to client needs and Infosys revisions.
