Field Service Engineer

Based in Bergen, Porsgrunn or Stavanger, you will be part of a team of field service engineers who can analyze and solve valves related problems, complete in-house repairs, perform maintenance at customer sites, start up, diagnostic, on-call service and preparation before site installation. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for performing the scheduled work according to Emerson standards of safety and quality.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Enforce company's and customer HSEQ standards at all times.
• Outage management coordination (customer contact, repair evaluations, safety, replacement parts and documentation), under the direction of the Service Manager.
• On-site Diagnostics / FIELDVUE testing, diagnostic testing data interpretation and recommendation / report generation
• Updating and supporting diagnostic equipment (Laptop, Valvelink, Flowscanner etc)
• Digital communication and diagnostic integration activities.
• Must be willing to travel on short notice and help customer service process orders if needed.
• Report generation for customers on outages and diagnostics
• Undertake day to day Field Service repair and maintenance activities.
