$1,807 to $1,980 per week

Department : RT- Fruitland ER

# treatments per day Free standing ER 14 beds

Certs (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP?) RRT or is CRT acceptable? BLS ACLS PALS NRP

CRT or RRT

Types of patients (adults, peds, and neonates?) Stand alone ER, all ages

What areas do they cover (Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, Rehab, Sleep Lab, etc.) Inpatient ER

Experience or 'Must have' skills Open to first time travelers with ER experience if they have been 2 years

Prefer free standing or CAH type experience as they will be the only one in house.

Prefer Epic experience

Job Duties (i.e. : Do RTs draw ABGs, perform EKGs, etc.) ABGs- draw and analyze, EKGS, breathing Tx, BiPAP, CPAP, vents

Assist with tasks around ER for downtime, bring patients back, grab vitals and change over rooms, blood and urine collection to assist ER staff.

Are RTs Required to be able to Intubate Independently or only to assist? Only assist physician

Respiratory Manager / Supervisor / Lead Therapist? Chad manager

Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) 12 hours, 630- 630 or 7-7 manager to make a schedule, core staff in patterns but travelers to fill in gaps.

  • Would they ever be the only RT in-house?
  • Mon, Tues, Saturday, Sun, Mon, Tues pattern, then repeat.

Weekend Requirements at least every other weekend- if it falls within a pattern

Holiday Requirements yes, if falls within a pattern.

Memorial day May 26th, and Labor Day Sept 1st (if during contract). Off July 4th

Call or standby call requirement? Available to pick up if interested, and OT available and can support all campuses as well. (not hard to find)

What is call response time 30 minutes

Floating Requirements Very Rare occasion to Nampa hospital

Scrub Color / Dress Code None

RT Equipment (Brand for Vents, Cpap, Bipap, High Flow) Revel- V60 and Vapotherm High Flow

Hospitalist or Intensivist in house ER Physician there 24 / 7

Department Specific Orientation Up to 1 week based on experience.
