Orthopedic RN – $15K Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a patient-focused hospital team in Tallahassee, FL . In this orthopedic unit, you’ll care for patients recovering from joint replacements, fractures, and spinal procedures while focusing on pain management, wound care, mobility, and preventing post-op complications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, team-based environment.

Schedule

  • Night Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

Pay

  • $28.40 – $43.25 / hr (based on experience)
  • Shift Differentials : +$4 / hr Nights | +$5.25 / hr Weekends
  • $ $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (Nights)

    • Daily Responsibilities

  • Serve as a patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
  • Provide education on medications and treatment plans
  • Deliver high-quality post-operative care, including pain management and mobility support
  • Monitor for complications such as infection or DVTs
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective recovery

    • Required Qualifications

  • Active FL RN license or compact
