Job descriptionTrack incoming commissions per location Analyze and input commission statements into software Pull carrier statements from websites or request from appropriate contact Ensure timely payout of commissions and bonus' to employees Troubleshoot and correct any commission discrepancies Communicate with leadership on any variances or issues Other tasks as assigned 3-5 years accounting or data analyst experience Insurance Accounting or commissions experience (HUGE plus) Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills Associate or Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
