Summary
We are recruiting for a detail-oriented and experienced SAP Finance Manager. This role will lead the daily management and continuous improvement of our SAP and SAP BPC systems. This role is crucial for ensuring data accuracy, maintaining system integrity, and providing practical support to users throughout the organization. As a key liaison between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for maintaining financial master data, supporting core system operations, and enabling efficient planning and reporting processes.

Primary Responsibilities
SAP & BPC System Administration
- Maintain financial master data in SAP, including accounts, cost centers, and profit centers.
- Update and manage hierarchies within both SAP and BPC to support reporting and planning.
- Load financial data into SAP BPC and prepare the environment for monthly planning and close cycles.
- Archive BPC data regularly to ensure a clean and organized planning environment.
- Monitor scheduled SAP jobs, troubleshoot errors, and ensure successful execution.
- Provide financial system data extracts as needed to support business analysis and reporting.
- Support end users by resolving technical issues and responding to system-related inquiries.
- Ensure the timely execution of monthly planning and consolidation activities within BPC.
IT Collaboration & Access Management
Test new or updated master data and system changes in the QA environment before deployment to production.Collaborate with IT teams to investigate, escalate, and resolve system issues efficiently.Manage user access provisioning for SAP and BPC, ensuring correct roles and permissions are assigned.Cross-Functional Support & Governance
Partner with Corporate FP&A, Accounting, and Controlling teams to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity.Participate in cross-functional meetings to align SAP / BPC system configurations with changing business needs.Maintain up-to-date documentation of system processes, changes, and internal controls.Support and collaborate with the OneStream administrator as needed for planning and reporting alignment.Education, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience supporting and administering SAP FI / CO and SAP BPC.Strong knowledge of master data management and hierarchy maintenance within SAP and BPC.Solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.Experience working closely with IT teams on system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Proven ability to support and guide end users on SAP / BPC functionality and technical issues.Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and system integrity.Familiarity with OneStream is a plus, especially where integration with SAP exists.Experience with SAP BPC Embedded and / or Standard Model preferred.Exposure to SAP S / 4HANA and SAP BW is a plus.Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or other modern analytics tools preferred.Prior experience supporting financial systems in a global or enterprise-scale environment is highly desirable.
