Travel RN - Emergency Dept

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department position at a critical access hospital, requiring 2 years of ER experience and multiple current certifications.

Job Details

• Work in a 10-bed Emergency Department with 2 trauma bays at a critical access hospital,
• Handles both adult and pediatric patients with a variety of acute conditions, including chest pain, abdominal pain, lacerations, STEMI, stroke, and trauma,
• Patients include military personnel unable to be seen on base,
• Average ER census is 35 patients per day with a 1 : 4 nurse-to-patient ratio,
• Travelers are required to perform triage and manage intermixed ER holds,
• 12-hour night shifts (3 shifts per week), with weekend and potential holiday requirements,
• Uses Epic EMR; experience with this system is preferred,
• No floating or on-call requirements,
• Scrub color is flexible; any color is acceptable,
