Job descriptionCompetitive pay at $13.50 per hour. Promotional opportunities as we believe in growing talent from within. You can perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods. You have reliable transportation to and from the work location. You have strong customer service and interpersonal skills. You are a self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to achieving results. You can work independently and also thrive in a team environment. You prioritize safety in your work, especially in a retail setting.

As a Retail Merchandising Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our Retailer partners by ensuring that stores are visually appealing and stocked with the right products. Your responsibilities will include :
- Building attractive displays and end caps that engage shoppers.
- Resetting shelves to optimize product rotation and presentation.
- Tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities for both retailers and suppliers.
